    My Ja Tabs plugin worked properly during the development of the website. But when everything was ready for launch and I disabled the Development Mode and enabled cache it returned just code instead of the tabs content (as the plugin was disabled). So, I see this:

    {jatabs type="modules" module="ja-tabs" position="top" mouseType="click" animType="animFade"} {/jatabs}

    If I clear cache in Joomla and reload the page the tabs module works properly but after the next reload it breaks down again and I see just the code. The same happens when I use only the JAT3 Clean Cache option.

    It may be worth mentioning that I also added “AddDefaultCharset utf-8” to .htaccess because my website is in Russian and when I enabled cache and disabled the Development Mode I got the encoding error which was fixed by “AddDefaultCharset utf-8”.

    Hello,

    Can you send PM to me with your site information (your site URL, your site admin account) and your FTP account? Then I shall diagnose this problem in details.

    BTW, please include this forum thread URL in your PM, so I can follow it.

    Best regards.

    The problem is still an issue. And while jatabs can be excluded from caching in Cache Exclude (with “position=content-bottom”) all other plugins still do not work when a page is reloaded. First of all caching breaks japopup – all articles with blocks {japopup type=”image” content=url” width=”800″ height=”600″ title=”some title”}sample image{/japopup}

    are shown as code when page is reloaded.
    At the same time I can’t disable caching completely since the template is so slow and heavy that it consumes too much php memory (per process) without caching.

    Hello urglid,

    I guess some JavaScript code of 3rd parties have some problems. Then it causes problem for JA Tabs and JA Popup. Please try to un-join JS file, then you can find which 3rd party that JS problem code comes from.

    Regards.

    Hi Stork11

    What do you mean by “un-join JS file”? Basically, I used only one 3rd party plug-in which is BreezingForms and which is not used on all pages (e.g. there are no forms on the Home page).
    Now I found some solution though didn’t find a reason – I disabled caching in JAT3 Framework and enabled the System Cache plug-in. At the same time general caching in the system configuration is still disabled since when it’s on it breaks the site. So, now the website works fine but of course I don’t feel confident about it since the reason of the problem is still unknown.

    Yes, you need to disable one of cache plugins (T3 cache plugin or System cache plugin). They can’t be enabled at the same time.

    Regards.
