there seems to be a problem with the ja tabs in zone 7.
i downloaded the quickstart for joomla 1.5 and everything installed correctly
i was trying to publish the zone 7 ja tabs on other menu links and other pages like “contact us” or other components where i wanted to have the zone 7 on all pages.
the tabs do not publish on some pages. i only see a line.
when looking at the page source code. the js and the style sheets for the ja tabs are not loaded
on those pages.
however it works fine if i try to create for example a link for an article or blog content.
is there a setting to do or change in order to be able to place the ja tabs on zone 7 on other pages. i could not find parameters.
it seems that at present , the tabs only work if you are on a content page.
is it correct or did i miss to do a setting ?

apparently it is a problem with the ja-tabs version.
in the quickstart the ta tabs version is from april 2008
i tried to install the new beta release of ja tabs and the problem is resolved.

hello again
well i am not sure if you need to close it before investigating the problem. the ja-tabs version i uploaded is your beta “commercial” version .
it means that it is not part of the standard kulanite release.
thus unless you put an updated version in the kulanite quickstart and upcoming templates, the problem will still be there.
working with a beta version on a production site is not very good anyway
