    Hi,

    I am working on upgrading a website using the JA Kronos template from version 1.7 to 2.5. I notice in the 2.5 version of the template JA Tabs inserts a ‘Read More’ Link at the end content, which links to a blog display of the article. I am using the ‘articles’ configuration of JA Tabs ie. {jatabs type=”articles” ids=”94, 95, 96, 97″ position=”top” mouseType=”click” animType=”animFade”} {/jatabs}. There are no ‘read more’ links in the original articles. I didn’t have this issue in the previous version of the template. I have tried JA Tabs with the JA Tiris 2.5 template and it does the same thing.

    Why is the link being inserted and how can I get rid of it?

    Thanks

    Hi nonno52,

    As I know then you can add an attribute to the jatabs define to whether or not showing the readmore link, if you want to the link is hided you should add readmore=”false” so the tag can be
    {jatabs type=”articles” ids=”94, 95, 96, 97″ position=”top” mouseType=”click” readmore=”false” animType=”animFade”} {/jatabs}

    Excellent. Thank you for the reply. I missed that bit in the user instructions.

    Ja-Tabs seem to operate a little weirdly. With the ‘Readmore’ setting as true, a ‘ghost’ of the ‘read more’ links in the hidden articles remain present in the active tab. I don’t know why this is.

    hi nonno52,

    It’s strange as I checked but I am not seeing the ‘ghost’ of the ‘read more’ links issue as you mention, could you post here the url where the problem can be seen ?
