Hello,

My env is Joomla 1.7, JA Telline IV (all extensions are updated). I try to setup JA tab and gallery on my MAC by the following steps:
1. create JA Tabs 2 module at sl1-r; using -tabs Suffix with the code

<p>{jatabs type="modules" animType="animNone" position="top" widthTabs="120" heightTabs="auto" width="100%" height="auto" mouseType="click" duration="1000" colors="10" module="ja-tabs2" }{/jatabs}</p>

2. create Photo gallery module at ja-tabs2 with the code

3. enable the System – JA Tabs and Popup plugins.

However, I just got this page (see the image)

Can JA support team or anyone else please tell me what I am missing to cause this problem?

:confused: if got the same problem… japopup seems not to be working in the jatabs… i did on another testserver a quickinstall, then it worked, but i installed it clean, then it did not work… is there a sollution?

In the ja accordion they work.. but not in the tabs

If you’re using both plugin, in the Back-end >> Plugin Manager, please set plugin JA Tab order before JA Popup. Then the tab creating will process before image gallery pop up process.
