Hello,

My env is Joomla 1.7, JA Telline IV (all extensions are updated). I try to setup JA tab and gallery on my MAC by the following steps:
1. create JA Tabs 2 module at sl1-r; using -tabs Suffix with the code

<p>{jatabs type="modules" animType="animNone" position="top" widthTabs="120" heightTabs="auto" width="100%" height="auto" mouseType="click" duration="1000" colors="10" module="ja-tabs2" }{/jatabs}</p>

2. create Photo gallery module at ja-tabs2 with the code

3. enable the System – JA Tabs and Popup plugins.

However, I just got this page (see the image)

Can JA support team or anyone else please tell me what I am missing to cause this problem?

There are too many errors on the site and all I can see are 404 error pages, can not navigate to any pages and you give no FTP access to the site on the ticket.
I would strongly recommend updating the ticket with FTP access.
If the site is not heavily modified I would re install the template files and modules and plugins maybe use the quickstart in order to see the format of all.
The site is also a 1.7.0 and I would strongly recommend the most secure recent version of Joomla which is 1.7.3.
I will also close the ticket after we deal with this here in the forum.

Some pages have 404 error but I think those pages were not related to the JA Tabs. I agree to install JA Teline IV template on top of J1.7.3. But I’d not install the quickstart as my base line because the content is nothing to do with my site. I will copy some demo files from the quickstart package for test purpose. I will do this in next an hour and get back to you the result.

Just want make life simple. I installed the quickstart package of JA Teline IV and uploaded to the web site. The only thing left is the login form (see the attachement). I want to let the username and password fields show in the tab and doesn’t matter with/without those links. Please help.
