On my site JA Tabs will load the image fine in every single browser except IE7. Are there any solutions to this?

When i view your website, i saw a text “<!–> ” at the top of page.

I think this text is cause of your issue.

I have fixed this issue.

It is your mistake.
In the Ja tabs module, you configured:

<a href="http://www.managingmigraine.org/online-books/patient/flash.html"<img src="/images/patient-banner.jpg"></a>

Change to:

<a href="http://www.managingmigraine.org/online-books/patient/flash.html"><img src="/images/patient-banner.jpg"></a>

It is missing > for a tab.
