Hi all,

This is very odd and I believe I am using the plugin/module correctly.

The plugin is active.

I created 2 modules of various different types (all Joomla 1.6 core modules just for test purposes) and have assigned them to the ja-tabs position (we are using the JA Methys template).

Looking at the examples and instructions, this is the correct way of doing so. However, no tabs or the relevant modules are ever shown! We expected them to appear in the ‘ja-tabs’ position of the JA Methys template!

Can anybody point out where we are going wrong please?

I have determined your problem that your JA Tabs not showing with the JA Methys template. However I couldn’t give the best solution if I don’t know your site. Please give us the login information FTP/Admin account to your support ticket BDO-889-88817 in http://support.joomlart.com. We’ll check for you.

Thanks for sharing the login information. I have checked and seen you have a missing: you forgot to create a new custom html module and add this code:

<p>{jatabs type=”modules” module=”ja-tabs” position=”top” mouseType=”click”}{/jatabs}</p>

to its content. Choose its position “right”. I have done it for you in admin. Please check and tell me if you need more helps.
