For some reason, when I assign anything to the ja-tabs1 position on my site, nothing appears. I’ve checked to ensure the plugin is installed and enabled, but I can’t get anything to show up. In the old version, there is a mod_jatabs, but now there is only a plugin. How can I get this to work for my site? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I could not duplicate the same error as your mention. I’m not quite sure what modifications you have done upon your installation, would need to take a closer look at your site. Please include screenshot and your site URL(in the best send PM me with admin access) here for further investigation. I will help you check it
