As we can see Ja Teline II is veeery similar to http://www.guardian.co.uk. Almost whole layout and graphics… I want to know if there is no risk using JA Teline II to be issued by Guardian for plagiarism.

Plagarism ?? . . . Plagarism is when you use another’s words and try to pass them off as your own.

While Teline II and that site share some similarities, there are quite a few differences as well.
You don’t have anything to worry about.

Templateplaza has many that look like teline & one that looks alot like the rockettheme community template. So, who is copying who? Noone is copying anyone, they are all just similar in design.
