I have setup the quickstart JA Teline III Template. In the Template Manager Parameters, under Layout, I select Iphone for the Iphone setting and I select ‘handheld’ for ‘Other Handheld Devices’. I then view the website on my Windows Mobile Touch Pro. The website displays the iphone layout. The only way that I can get the handheld view to display is to select ‘handheld’ for the iphone layout. So, it seems to me that the template cannot actually distinguish between phone types. Does anyone else have this issue?

I think there are some problems with your configration.

please submit a ticket, send us your live url, admin account so that we have a closer look on the issue.
