I have been trying to change the layout in JA Teline III v2.

I created a
– New User defined Layout- give it a different name
– User this layout in a new User defined Profile
– Use this new user defined profile in the Profile Override settings in “Global ” tab for one of the PAGES

I tried may different changes, and also have been saving all the changes and did global checkin in addition. Also cleared the T3 cache.

But I AM NOT ABLE TO SEE my new LAYOUT on the PAGE I AM tying the new profile to.

Need help or guidance pl.

As per wiki guide here, Do pre-defined preset profiles change for you?
