I have manage to do some changes on the template , but still couldn’t finish converting it to RTL layout .

You did a great job so far, this is very important for the Arabic, Hebrow, Farsi, Kurdi users, but still hope you can complete your mission soon.
the problem is the position of the divisons not alignment of the text

I have installed it under the local server , still didnt implement it for a live site .

please install the attached template, you will find all changes that I have made to the template .
