how can i add module like under breadcam or header top and all I mean like my old site I did it with ja teline III so how can we do with ja IV, can any one guide me to do it coze I want to move to latest ja teline IV, therefore i need to get all my adds from my old site above and under breadcam

the css you give me is different from mine where should I have to but down is my default one
where to put the top header tell me pls is this correct
