I tried several times to install and configure JA Teline III V2 template. The result is that all information is desplayed vertically. The menu items also are displayed with bullet points. No vertical bars for menu and sections. It seems a CSS problem. Can you help?

What version of PHP is installed on your server?

Please post a link to your site and also clear all cache’s inslucing the JAT3 cache. Switch off gzip compression in the joomla server configurstion and then go to the templates configurstion and enable developer mode and set css and js compression to none. This helps with diagnosing problems such as this.

Thank you very much. As you said, I put css and js compression to ‘no’. Now it is ok.

Try different levels for each of the compressions/join etc until you are sure which is causing the problem. If it is css compression that is causing the issue try to detemine which css file is causing the problem and you can exclude it from the compression. Same goes for js, Sometimes it is third party addons that cause the problems and if that is the case then their files can be excluded from compression.
