I have change the menu items, but the changes do not reflect in the right1-left section on the PAGE.

Appreciate your help so I can customize the content or align it to change in the sub menu

To avoid confusion, Can you please provide in screenshot marked with annotations of area you wish to refer to or better yet, Please provide in with site link 🙂
