Since JA Teline III v2 is now using the T3 Framework 2, and T3 Framework 2 is built with an eye toward Joomla 1.6, and JA says migrating templates to the T3 Framework 2 for Joomla 1.6 is incredibly simple, what steps do I need to take to modify the theme to run on the T3 Framework 2 for Joomla 1.6 recently released by JA?

Give it some time.

With T3 V2, It is easy to move on to J 1.6 but it still needs many changes in files, i am not sure, if at this time, we would be able to explain it out.
