how can I create a new module above tab (ja-tab1 ja-tab2 ja-tab3) module? Like module user5 but above

Just a stab in the dark, but you would do this in the index.php.

You will find a block of code like

<blockquote><?php if (mosCountModules(‘ja-tabs1’)) : ?>
<div id=”ja-tabswrap”>
<?php mosLoadModules(‘ja-tabs1’, -2); ?>
</div>
<?php endif; ?>
</blockquote>

Insert the same block above this with different names.
