I think I’m understanding the way things are set up with your templates and memberships though I do have one question .

when I purchase your yearly membership and download Teline III V2 for my Joomla site though you
own the copyrights can I adapt it as I wish for my site without difficulty or do I need to purchase copyright
removal prior to doing changes.

You can adapt the template as you wish in any way as long as you keep the small Designed by JA footer in place. If you wish to remove that then you can purchase the removal rights or become a developer member where you can use as many templates as you wish with copyright removed.
