Hello

The contact form I created here;

When you try to select a different contact department in the drop down (web manager or sales), the page refreshes and loads an empty page. Not sure why this started.

Please try disabling your sef component first. It appears the links are going to invalid pages.

Hello

I disable the SEF and the forms started working again. If I enable SEF then the pages break. Is there a caching issue I have to clear?

Which sef component are you using?

Not sure what is killing it but it seems your sef component is generating incorrect links. If this is the standard Joomla sef component then you may be better off asking on the Joomla support forums as I do not know how it works that well.

Yes, it is the standard Joomla 1.6 SEF. I’ll post in the Joomla forum see if I get a response.
