That is a problem with your Wamp install and is something I cannot really help you with (becasue I am not there with you). I suggest you ask about that on the WAMP forums.

I reinstall Wamp and Ja Teline IV quickstar and still get the same messge.

Can I do the pre installtion without install sample data and then add sample data?

Should I try Joomla 1.5 and Jaline IV for 1.5?

You have one of 2 options. Either from your Wamp contol panel click on php settings and tick the php_curl box to enable cURL. Or go into the joomla administrator panel (you can still get there, it is only the front end affected by this error) and disable the twitter module.

The teitter module requires cURL to be enabled but out of the box Wamp does not have that particular extension activated. As already stated, it is just a matter of ticking the box.

Got it. It works. Thank you.

Got another problem.
My main menu doesn’t look like the one in the demo. My shows colored submenu bar right under the main menu and shows one item on the submenu. Please see attached screenshot.

The demo doesn’t have the color submenu bar and doesn’t show submenu until mouse over the main menu. My menu layout looks like Ja Teline III.

What did I do wrong?

Simply go into the template manager and in the profiles tab select mega menu instead of dropline.

Clearly it is not. If the image above is to be believed then you are using dropline. In the profiles tab mage sure you have the default template selected. Make sure you have mega menu selected for the default profile. Then make sure you apply the settings. Finally clear the jat3 cache with the button at the top of the page and clear the normal Joomla caches.

Please read the docs as they explain fully how to set this template up. I really cannot help you further as you are on localhost. You will need to spend some time familiarising yourself with the basics instead of jumping for the forums at every hurdle.Everything so far is well documented. Setups for Wamp are available on their site. All the other issues you are having are detailed in other foum posts or in the excellent docs that are now available on this very site if you search.
