has a lot of bugs. i used the empty template at first, had issues, the modules doesnt work properly then i tried to use the QUCKSTART template with all modules working
a week later the modules are not displaying articles properly and doesnt open them.
no one else had access to it. so im guess its the template.
Many others have this template working properly, let me know more details about issue you are facing (which module are not working correctly, your site URL, screenshots of issue), I will try to help you out then
problem is loads.
i have up to date modules etc
the JA featured news module does not display the pictures, the settings has images to YES
also, the module for facebook, or any other module which was set for com_mass_top goes to the centre for some reason. when using the /?tp=1 to view position, all modules go to their designated areas.
it feels like the template has a mind of its own

Are these modules up-to-date? Try to backup your site first and update to the latest versions.
For the facebook module, this issue often due to the messed up HTML content, you can try to disable other module one by one, then you can know which one caused this issue.
the facebook isnt the only one not working,. anything modules over to the right is not working, i just left the facebook module on there as an example.
they all was working fine even after update and cleaned out the cache.
