    Hi,

It appears that your page has a total of 91 components and a total weight of 2055.6K bytes, so the first thing you should consider performing is image optimization.
After that you should talk with your host to see if gzip / deflate is supported and enable it in order to minimize the page size.

I have the same problem. My site is http://comunidadzoom.com

I have a slow experience with less than 30 users and I need to have a big site for more than 1000 users.
    I use joomla 2.5
So, what’s your best recommendation for config the server to obtain the best results with this template into the server?
You have tips or ideas to improve the template’s performance?

    Thanks a lot

    Hello mikel2004,

you can try the following :

    – You should place your media files viz. CSS and image files to clouds or another server, that helps to reduce load on your server while the fetching is faster from clouds.
    – By default, there are a lot of social network plug-ins in this template. If you don’t use them, you should disable.
    – You should deselect some categories in JA News Pro and JA Featured News modules if you wouldn’t like to load them in your modules.
    – You should decrease number of links in each category section in home page.

    Best regards.

I do not understand that rating because when I go to our website it never takes that long to load. We use the Teline IV template and there are alot of images that came with the template that we will never use. If I deleted these images and any other items we do not need, could that help speed things up? What is the proper sequence of removing images and files? Can this be done through the admin backend, or do I need to delete from the cPanel on our provider’s server? Can I delete the whole folder or do I need to delete individual items in each folder and then remove the folder?

    Hello biiekz1e3140,

Ratings in Google Analytics is all the time your page takes to load. It includes background image of elements on the page.

You don’t need to delete all resources that you don’t use. Because they aren’t loaded in loading time. But you should put your resources on an external location, such as cloud services, to speed up loading time of your page.

    Regards.
