December 10, 2010 at 1:46 pm #366167Is it visible via the default templates, beez, rhuk_milkyway, JA_Purity? Then, have you set Teline as default in Template Manager?

December 10, 2010 at 2:04 pm #366169As already suggested, try switching to a default template in your back end. If that works then you will need to do some investigation.
What system are you using onm your local server? What version of PHP is is running? Are there any error logs? Are any errors displayed on the screen? Can you enable error reporting on whatever system you are using on your local server.
W cannot really suggest too much as we simply cannot see your server. If 2 different templates do not work then it does suggest that it is a server setup issue.

December 10, 2010 at 4:35 pm #366189It is usually just the twitter module that needs disabling but if the server is setup correctly then you do not need to hence the questions. For instance, if you are usig Wamp on your local setup then enabling cURL will fix the problem.
It could also be that the user is using an older server setup and maybe using PHP4. We have very little information to go on here which is why I was requesting more.
