I just visited your site and see that the logo has been changed: http://prntscr.com/2pxtkh

For the favicon icon, make sure you replace this favicon: templatesja_teline_ivfavicon.ico with your own icon, then clear JAT3 cache and browser cache. If it still doesn’t help, you can PM me admin and ftp credentials of your site, I will check it for you.

I believe the issue he was/is having is that he’s wanting to add an image logo rather than having the text logo.

Hi Aria,

Re: I replied in ticket you submitted and just want to update my answer here:

I see that you’re selecting text logo type for your site, if you want to use logo image, please go to backend of your site > navigate to Template manager section > Profile tab.

Then you open profile that you’re assigning to ‘Home’ page.

For example, in our demo site, we have ‘home’ profile for the home page and in backend I configure like this: http://prntscr.com/2u51pc

Then open the file: /templates/ja_teline_iv/css/template.css, look for this css rule:

h1.logo a {
background: url(../images/logo.png);
display: block;
height: 57px;
width: 222px;
}

then change to your own logo image.

Once done, remember to clean JAT3 cache in backend.
