When I download the contents of the quickstart zip file to my hosting server and try to view the installation page, I am getting 401 Authorization required error.

I am using Network Solutions as my hosting provider and I had no problem installing Joomla itself. When I try to install Ja-Teline Quick Start, I am not having any luck.

Please help!:((

Contact your host to grant you access or get them to install its probably a security measure at their end

I have uploaded it to the server using ws_ftp and filezilla with no avail. I dont think I have a problem if I just install Joomla! itself. When I try to install Ja Teline quickstart, I am having this problem. I will contact the hosting provider tomorrow to see if there is a security measure missing.
