Hi,
I am using Ja Teline. A few days ago, for no apparent reason the template warped. All the settings and configs had done were gone.
When I tried to redo these settings from the layout tab, the layout could not be seen and I am getting a “The layout cannot be loaded. There might be some errors in the layout file.” error.

I am at loss. This was a completely unexpected issue which has cropped up just a few days before I have to make the site live!

Edit: I have already tried reinstalling the framework and the template with no result.

Hi

You added a new file into your main root folder ? the one that is showing now ? try to delete it

I didn’t get you. Could you please elaborate. As far I can see there I have not added any new file to the root folder.

Also here’s what I have tried so far:
1. Reinstalled and fresh installed the template and framework.
2. Fixed permissions through Admin Tools and checked the overrides. (all of which are in the local folder of the template)

My current T3 framework version is 2.4.8 if it helps.

If i try to reach your website i’m redirected to a .html file and not to the /index.php so i suppose you have a sort of index.html into your main folder, remove it

Hello Pavit,

You are right but I cant simply remove the html file as the site layout is messed up. You can see the site using index.php.

This is very crucial for us because we cant make the website live without solving this issue. So any help is appreciated!
