Yes you can change the BG color with help of css code , via custom.css file .
Before conti support on this can u post this question on JA Teline V forum page with correct membership profile, At present i can see you do not have JATC subscription to get help for Premium templates .
if you have JATC account you can login with that account and see this topic too for same matter .
