I’m using JA Teline V and I can’t update to the newest version of Joomla. Whatever I tried to update, here the error message I receive:

Could you explain in details what are you trying to update ? Joomla or Teline V template ?

Hi
Then you do not need to upload anything, just use the Joomla update feature included into your installation already
First to make any update take always a backup of your website

I used the update future and get this error message: 0 Cannot open file for writing log

Hi

Yours is a permission folder issue related to your Joomla configuration

Take a look HERE for a discussion about your issue and solutions you can adopt to solve it .

It is a Joomla core issue and has nothing to do with the template itself that doesn’t manages permissions
