I want to buy JA telline III Templates in arabic language for my site > is there arabic release .. i found a site which use the same template in arabic

Actually…the language is part of Joomla itself…not the template in particular.
But yes, Arabic is a language available for Joomla.

I am discussing now with JA team in order to make a real RTL template… Wait and see…

Actually, RTL JA version is just a mirror of LTR version and you need much customizing in order to work fully in Arabic…
