    I have posted this problem 6 months back on this forum but did not get solution. This problem still exists. The problem is often when I open the front page then JA News2 and JA Tabs (Videos) gets disruped or does not perform properly, as shown in the attached picture.
    JA News2 ‘settings’ icon which generally comes with each section goes missing and an error is dispayed in the same section. JA Tabs is showing few videos which looses its alignment and all the source code of video links is also shown scattered. Please see the picture.
    The above problem gets some relief if I reduces the value of parameter ‘Cache lifetime’ less than 1. This parameter is found in Cache plugin named as ‘System-Cache’. In my opinion, this is not a solution.
    I need attention of Joomlart, amd I am sure there is some serious here.

    One thing I forgot to mention is that problem always occur together with both JA NEws2 and JA Tabs.

    Hi Asifak

    Please update admin2 to super admin , so I can take a look to whole site, and i didn’t see error when i view your front-page, or have to turn on or config something. Can you make error appears on front page, so I can check.

    I have set the ‘Cache Lifetime’ value to 5 minutes in the system-cache plugin. Now, you can see the problem occurring. It means that when system cache is increased and you refresh you browser within that time (i.e 5 minutes) then problem will replicate.
    This is a serious problem and I cannot progress my work without this. I have to enable and increase the system cache othersire website becomes very slow.
    I have provided ftp access to my webhosting, you can use that also.

    I tried to figure out if both modules JA NEws2 and JA Tabs probably distrub each other. I disbaled each of these one by one but the problem still occurrs, which means some problem source is common however they are NOT causing problem to each other.

    I received an email from installation@joomlart.com and I was shocked to know that no progress has been made yet to resolve this issue.
    This issue is of highest priority to me, and I am anxiously waiting for the issue to be resolved. A ticket was raised internally by JoomlaArt , whereas what I have to do in this regard.

    With regard to the reported problem, I have recently observed following:
    1) When a Guest is browsing then problem shows up
    2) When a user logs in then the problem disappears
    3) when user logs out then problem reappears

    it indicates that problem is with some authentications; or only when a Guest is browsing the website.

    Chmod for directories worked for me ,specially issues related to janews modules.
    Try as well giving chmod 0777 to t3 assets floder
