July 16, 2011 at 4:19 pm #401440As per JA Extension, JA-popup version is 1.0.2 (20 OCt 2010).
It is our company policy to not give super admin login. Please understand my position. If a new plugin has to be installed then inform us we will do it. Thanks!

July 18, 2011 at 8:46 am #401615Hi asifak,
I just had to publish the new JA popup plugin you installed and clear the caches and I see the site as shown in the screenshot I have attached. The popup is working fine now, please check and confirm. If you cant see site correctly, please try clearing browser cache and refresh.

July 18, 2011 at 12:33 pm #401660I have tried it on both IE7 and Fire Fox (latest). However, unfortunately it does not work in both explorers. I cleared the browsing cache also. It is definitely a template problem and not JA-pop-up issue, as I am already having template issue and under discussion in another thread.

July 18, 2011 at 1:22 pm #401678Hi,
I had to clear site cache before I could see the videos correctly as shown in the attached image. Sorry I forgot to attach this image in the last post.. I could see the same in IE7 once cache was cleared. Please check it again at your end. Also check if you have turned cache ON anywhere.. I would suggest you to use some plugin which will automatically delete the site cache periodically, that will help avoiding such issues..

July 19, 2011 at 6:03 am #401770Hello Himangi,
it looks you are too busy and not reading my posts clearly. Which videos you referred to in your previous post. I am not referring to videos shown in JA-Tabs. Please see my earlier posts. I said if we use JA-Popop in a Article then it creates problem.I have checked it again, cleared all the cache, but still it does not work. You have my all login/passowd. Can you put JA-Popup in one of my articles ?

July 19, 2011 at 10:09 am #401845Hi,
I am extremely sorry for wasting your time due to my lack of attention! 🙁
I added the video in one of your articles, Instrumentation Products, and it doesnt break the template as you had observed, but I observed 2 things.
1. it shows the image instead of video when I click on the image, in the article view.
2. When I click on the image it displays the video in popup, in the blog view.I am asking another ja developer to check this, please wait for my reply.

August 3, 2011 at 8:06 am #404299Hi asifak,
This might a conflict between Ja thumbnail and Ja popup plugin, you can try to add this tag
{jathumbnail off}
Into the article content which you added a ja popup tag.I think this should help !

August 18, 2011 at 5:26 pm #406912Can someone see, japopup videos are not working now in IE7, but it used to work before. However, it is working good in ForeFox. When you click on one of the available videos son in the JA-Tabs then that Video is shown at end of the template and only there you can run.
Did somebody posted any {jathumbnail off} in any artile while testing.??

If that was the issue then you couldn’t see thumbnail on FF either.
Please use JAext (Extensions Manager) and update all modules, plugins and see if your issues have been fixed.

August 19, 2011 at 4:43 am #406995I tried to upgrade ‘JMootools’ in JA Extension Manager, however, i does not allow me to do this and give following message
Response from JoomlArt Updater Service: Sorry, this extension is invalid, unpublished or no longer supported
Is there any body from joomlart administration who can see this and resolve it.

August 19, 2011 at 5:06 am #406998Hi,
You have to go to -> Components -> JoomArt Extensions Manager -> Services Manager ->
Then make JoomlArt Updates as the default one and click on edit to update with your account credentials (the same as you use here in forums and downloads) .P.S.! I always suggest to make a backup before anything else !
Regards
Manos
