The following JA Demos are returning the site 404 page when called.

JA Utahia
JA Utahia II
Ja Teline
JA Senecio
JA Rochea
JA Quillaja
JA Paritti
Villadi
Wistery
Xenia

There may be more, but that’s what I’ve found. Let me know if this works for you and not me. All the others work so far, but I haven’t test all of them.

Perhaps they are upgrading their demo with latest 1.5.7 version

A search for each of the templates brings up a workaround:
