Yes! 2 high-quality templates will be released every month. More importantly, existing templates will be updated along with the new version of Joomla. There will also be a revised version (Extra or Version II) of an outstanding template released if it is highly demanded.

My question is :
where the 2nd template for Feb?:confused:

as mentioned in many threads JA decided to add 5 extra colours to Ja Cooper, robbing members of their advertised 2nd template.

The extra colours should be there any way , look at RT , sometime there are more than 10 extra colours for one template , they VIOLATED THE AGREEMENT
