I have two images in an article and I am using the JA thumbnail plugin. The problem is that the plugin groups the two images together and then has prev 1 of 2 next underneath (in article preview). I do not want the images to be grouped together as this destroys the article’s layout. Is there a way to stop the images being grouped together? Thanks in advance!

You can remove the article category from the list of the categories managed by the ja_thumbnail plugin

I want to use the plugin but not with the two images attached together (in article preview mode). The images should be separate. I do not see the logic of forcing the images to be attached as this destroys the article’s layout. Alternatively there should be an option. I hope I am making myself understood!

April 4, 2012 at 5:36 pm #447340The alternative option is to use your editor for the article and manually set the height and width of the images ( After you have removed the category from the ja_thumbnail plugin ) or use the {jathumbnail off} for a specific article example :
{jathumbnail off images="images/stories/demo/world/rs-3.jpg,images/stories/demo/world/rs-2.jpg"}

</blockquote>Hi pavit, thanks for taking your time. I think I will have to disable the plugin altogether as I have many images in many articles. I really hope that some future upgrades will give users more options. As for now the plugin limits layout possibilities by attaching images together in one position. This is sad as JA thumbnail is a great plugin otherwise.AuthorPostsViewing 5 posts - 1 through 5 (of 5 total)This topic contains 5 replies, has 2 voices, and was last updated by kongoi 12 years, 8 months ago.
