Hello,

we have a problem with Ja Thumbnail.
We use this great extension with Ja Teline III.

The problem is : there is no possibility, in a single article, to clic on the picture to make it bigger (in popup), like in the demo…

Hello dieudonne,

Try to set “No” for “Optimize JS” for un-merge JS file. Maybe there are some errors in js code of other extensions which is causing this problem.

If the issue isn’t resolved, please provide me with your site information (your site URL, your site admin account) and your FTP account? Then I can help you out.

I can see JA Popup was activated on your site, e.g. “/en/news-and-publications/news/eapn-news/save-the-date-for-eapns-conference-28092012-is-europe-2020-delivering-on-poverty”. Did you resolve the problem?
