Hi! I have a problem with JA Thumbnail / JA Popup plugins on JA Teline IV template after migration to Joomla 2.5.
    1. JA Thumbnail not always creating images or rather not display them (as they do exist).
    example: {japopup type=”image” content=”images/stories_2012/NASA/bezzalogowe/Juno/Juno_silnik.jpg” title=”” group=”group”} {/japopup}

    2. JA Popup display images on the bottom of a page (Opera browser)
    3. If you refresh a page (especially Opera), pictures disapear.

Please help as site is live now 😀

Yes, as I posted in a ticket, it’s fine only with core SEF (short addresses and mod_rewrite) off…

How to get this working with SEF turned on?

    Hi
I enabled Search Engine Friendly URLs and Use URL rewriting, thumbnail feature on your site and it seems to be working fine.
    Pls check http://kosmonauta.net/menu-bezzalogowe/menu-artykuly-bezzalogowe/orbitalne-bz/4710-2012-10-10-dragon-1-przylaczony-iss

Apparently, it’s not… Check once again… When you turn on most occasions it works on firefox, but try to refresh it on Opera – it’s usually dead.

    HI
Pls try change images/stories_2012/NASA/bezzalogowe/Juno/Juno_silnik.jpg to /images/stories_2012/NASA/bezzalogowe/Juno/Juno_silnik.jpg or add $live_site value in global configuration ( configuration.php )

I have replaced all “images/**” to “/images/**” in all articles on a site. $live_site is set up to: “www.kosmonauta.net”. Still same problem
    – especially on Opera browser (after refresh all thumbnail disappear)…

Any more ideas? Thanks for support.

I have no good news – did You checked Your site in IE9?

Yeah, I did… Same story… Worst is that it is pure joomla 2.5 with theme and plugin from joomlart… There is nothing that could make JAThumbnail vulnerable… Anyone managed this problem with SEF turned on?

    Hi Kolodziejczyk,

It seems your issue is fixed by htaccess file. I see that you commented rule for image link.

If you tried to fix it by changing rule in .htaccess – no luck still, as same error occures – especially after refresh…
    Have you any more ideas?

The key problem is that if you refresh any article with sef on it gives a wrong address for thumbnail. (it gives images/resized//** instead of /images/resized/**). I completly do not understand why it happened for all thumbnails on a page…
