I want to know how to upload the product information using csv file and please show me the format of this csv (example if possible).

For issues such as this specific to the JoomShopping component, I would recommend looking through – and posting your questions – on the JoomShopping Community Forum. I have seen that people do upload info via csv, so I am fairly positive it can be done within an “import/export” function within the JoomShopping component administration.
