Hello, I have a problem with this template. JA TIRIS changes the typhography and moves the menu like this image.
What can I do with this problem?
Thanks a lot

May 3, 2012 at 6:01 pm #451288is there a difference in the images? Maybe you uploaded the same image twice?

May 3, 2012 at 6:03 pm #451289No, the problem is with typography, I don’t know why it changes to helvetica. When it changes to helvetica, moves the menu.
Have you got any solution for this problem?
Thanks

May 3, 2012 at 6:12 pm #451291Personally, like Jeff, I don’t see a problem. I also don’t see how it could change to Helvetica font. This is in your css
#ja-megamenu ul.level0 {
- font-family: "abelregular",Arial,sans-serif;
}
I would check if you are really worried your templates/ja_tiris/fonts folder to make sure all is okay there and to check permissions there (755 for folders inc. abel. 644 for files). I think it might be a cache problem on your end.
May 3, 2012 at 6:17 pm #451292All the permissions are ok, in 755. But I think it might be a cache problem because when I make a change I have to clean the cache.
What can I do?

I’m not really sure! I’m not certain that it is a server cache problem – but you can always check that in the module slideshow in the Advanced Options you ensure that caching is set to “Don’t cache”. You could also try switching off in your Template Manager / Tiris / Global, optimise css and optimise JS and work back from there.

All of this parameters were enabled, I think the problem is solved.
Thanks a lot
