adds (hopefully) defaultg template functionality for cart and checkout to ja_tiris template.
Files are tidied up, layout is redone so that all billing options are set left, all delivery options are set right, updated to work with js v 3.9 & js v3.10 – links included in product description, delivery time in product description, combined weight, etc., css for preview cart included. Hope that it includes all changes needed.
