Hi there,

I am an absolute Newbie with JA and I started customizing my first JA project. Worked out fine, some solutions I found myself, others were provided by your forum. Last thing I wanted to increase the top-margin for “.maskDesc a.readon” which worked. But all of a sudden, the whole slideshow had vanished and the 3 articles (by the way, which module is used for this?) had moved to the absolute top, overlaying the navigation. I reversed everything in the mod_ja_slideshow css to scratch, but I could not reverse the effect. What have I done???

Hi Martinahovi,

First off I’m not a moderator or JA staff or support member – just a Tiris user like you.

I think that you have a problem with the slideshow module – it looks to be kicking up a script error.

A suggestion would be to unpublish both the sildeshow module and the sidenews module (the one with the three boxes), clear the JAT3 cache and see if the site loads. At least then maybe you can start to narrow down where the problem lies.

Try changing your “Read More Text” – ‘mehr Info’s …’ so that it doesn’t include the apostrophe (‘) and the …..
That is where the script reports an error.

Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected identifier
