Hi,
Can you please help to solve this problem. Since we tried to convert our ja tiris Template from 2.5 to 3.0, we are facing a lot of difficulties.

1) above the slideshow, there is a white line. How can we remove it?
2) We would like to feel the jshopping_product table (ja tiris 3) with the items from the old jshopping_product table (ja tiris 3.0) how can we proceed. We tried with the sql request but its gives all time error like “sql error column count doesn’t match value count at row 1”
Any idea on how to overcome this matter?

1. It is because in the module you have the ‘show title’ not set to ‘hide’. If you hide it the line will go.

2. Difficult. The developers do an export and import tool but it is quite pricey.

The joomshopping support solution is the best. I put it here for everyone :
Joomshopping upgrade 3.x to 4.x

site 1. joomshopping 3.12.3
site 2. joomshopping 4.1.0

copy database (table jos_jshopping_*) from site 1 to site 2
copy folder componentscom_jshoppingfiles from site 1 to site 2

table jos_jshopping_products. rename field “product_name_image” to “image
