I install JA Tiris then found some problem
1. slideshow module not previe image. if not set up image source.
2. now cannot login goths side. this problem occur for second time. first time i re install. and work for change artwork and menu name and webpage. then cannot login again

so Demo theme has forum component but have no this in quick install zip file.
your joomla template alway have problem.
i have 2 template for 2 web. I spend so long time find to fix problem. by the way I follow step by step from template tips.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, as we do not work on the weekends, your thread was unanswered :

Let me help you out :

>> If you want JA Slideshow to show images from Joomlart contents/K2 items, make sure that there is at least one image in each Joomla/K2 article so that JA Slideshow can retrieve data.

>> I did check you admin login, It worked well, I didn’t get the issue as you mentioned. Furthermore, like your snapshot’s description, It seems that your website has issue with creating logs. Pls go to admin >> Site >> System >> Path to Log Folder * box, pls insert: ../logs
