How can I get rid of “JA Topaz – your slogan goes here”?

    Hi Dennis,

If I understand your question right it should be pretty easy.

Login to the backend and goto extensions>templatemanagement

Select the the JA Topaz template and voila….. In the column on the right you will find the options you need.

    Cheers,

    Robert

I’ve changed in the menu logo type from image to text. The line at “logo text” is empty but the site shows now “…because open source matters”. I know it can be done using the backend but where??

    Hi Dennis

Perhaps you should change logo type from text to image, and then upload a new image for your own logo to replace the default topaz one.

Just make sure it’s called ‘logo.jpg’ as per the Topaz quickstart and upload it into the /images folder
(or /images/blue/ etc., if you’re using different colour schemes).

    Hope that helps.

Hi there, If you don’t want to use s picture for you logo, you can find the text

in the file en-GB.tpl_ja_topaz.ini in the ja topaz folder. (Not the file with same name in the admin folder) There you should find the line

    SITE SLOGAN=…because open source matters

    Hope this is a help.

Rewrite the part after the = or just leave it blank.
