I just extended the membership to download the template that we want to upgrade my site, that the Ja Travel. This was advertise as best Travel Joomla Template.
We installed this and faced some problem with plugins and modules and was informed that the there are some technical problems with this template that makes it would never funtions well and it’s cancelled!
The matters are:
1. We use this template for our site before and can not change to others. Too much work to do if changing all things.
2. Why the template is cancelled but till available for download? Does not it mean the company is selling unfinished templated?
3. We pay the money to get the template. Now it’s cancelled! Should someone be responsible for this?

You’re confusing the new canceled travel template, the one that was supposed to come out in October 2014 but got replaced with Uber, to the JA Travel template that got released in 2011. These two are totally different templates.
JA Travel is a complete functional template, thus you can be assured to continue using it on your site.
