    Hello,

when using a module with a link to youtube, the position ja-tab1 error occurs when used with Google Chrome to access the site with this browser, see the problem ..

    http://colegioisraelita.cloudaccess.net

With Firefox or IE the problem does not occur.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Thank you.

I just took a look at your site – in Chrome – and the YouTube tab and video seems to be working fine.

    What error are you experiencing?

I’m still not seeing/experiencing what you’re referring to.

What steps, exactly, do we need to take to try to duplicate what you are seeing?
(i.e. what do we click – and in what order?)

When you open the site through this browser (chrome), the initial navigation is possible without problems.

But you simply click on the menus (home, etc.) that appear to embed youtube logo floating over the site. As shown in the image that previously attached.

Ahhhhh, NOW I see what you’re saying. That IS very odd.

I’m going to roundtable this with some of my Support Team colleagues – we’ll get back to you soon.

    Hi colegioisraelita

I’m using the 14.0.835.202 release of Chrome on windows 7 and your site works fine, which version of chrome are you using ?

Anyway on this site you can check your site on many browsers

If you find others strange behaviours of your site on some browser you can post the screenshot here

    thanks

    Hi,

I was able to see that problem on 14.0.835.202 m on windows 7.

It occurs when you navigate to an other section of your site and then go back to home page. I wonder if there is an error on YouTube code (the one you use to embed your video) or something like that.

Can you please confirm that code ?

    Regards

Update: and it disappears when you click on ja-tabs

    Hi,

I have escalated this to a support ticket as i couldn’t find a proper solution and this is the very first time i have to face this issue, you will soon receive a notice from our support team.

Also about the JA Extension Manager you PMed me my guessing is that it’s related to you hosting environment and how they treat physical folders on servers HD.

    Hello,

I received a return ticket via their support. But what was quoted by them was that:

    “….this works fine for me in chrome 14.0.835.202 m …. ”

    >> [#FPB-688-14452]: [JATCTRAVELJ15][FID:275906][PHP/JS] – JA Travel

That is, we turn again to what I mentioned earlier in this forum ..

I’ll be waiting for a reply, if you can help me (via ticket)

    Tks.
