Hello People,

Just wondering if anyone might be able to meet me live online to discuss the problems I’m having with the JaTube template.

I’ve been going around in circles in this forum but the problems are not solved.

I can’t replace the logo image. Changed the file with FTP using the same dimensions and it still doesn’t work.
I can’t access the extensions/ plugins and not sure what I’m doing wrong.

I need professional help.

My site currently looks like this:

But I want it to look more like this:
http://www.heraultdelatele.fr/

How do I go about setting up such an online meeting? I’m in Australia so please let me know your local time so I can meet someone nice and helpful.

Any help will be greatly appreciated,

Hi Rosie,

I couldn’t access FTP account your provider. You can change the logo on your site on path below:

<blockquote>templates/ja_tube.v1.0.0/images/pink/logo.png</blockquote>

and remember to clear cache after process to the change

If you need to help please update FTP account the same.

Hi Ninja,

Thank you, can you please tell me-

When creating Ja-Content Slider, there are no “parameters” in the Module admin page. What can I do to fix this?

I also can not install any social media sharing plugins or components. It always rejects the file type “unknown archive type” when I try to upload the package file. Can you please confirm exactly what file type I need to be installing?

Hi Ninja,

How do I get the thumbnails up in JaContent SLider? The articles contain videos, will the contnet slider create a thumbnail from the video?

Please help, I have about two hours till my presentation.

JaContent SLider only get Image include on Item Article content but could not get Image from Video file
