December 22, 2010 at 5:19 am #157749Hi folks,
I have the JA Twitter mod installed with my Community Plus template. The ‘Follow Us’ button is too big.
How do I make the button smaller so it fits in the module? And also can I remove the superfluous text at the end? (so it just reads ‘Follow @nyhosting’
I have attached a screenshot. You can also see it at http://nyhostingsolutions.com/About-Us/about-us.html
Thanks
Pete-

December 30, 2010 at 2:50 am #369273Hi,
Follow button too big is because it uses twitter api to get the follow button, you can change text as ‘Follow @nyhosting’, to resolve this problem, please do as following:– Go to jatwitter configuration page.
– Choose “simple” for “type of follow button” param.
– Choose one simple button and save your config.1 user says Thank You to thuanlq for this useful post

January 2, 2011 at 2:56 am #369623I removed JA’s twitter API because I had the same problem, the button was too big. I did what you suggested and now nothing shows up but the title of the module. Any ideas what went wrong and how I can correct it, please?
Thank you and Happy New Year!

January 2, 2011 at 2:58 am #369624Your site looks great! I like the homepage…not too long with text. You obviously know what you’re doing. Looks really good! Happy New Year and all the best!
January 4, 2011 at 7:07 pm #370065Selecting Default.ajax as the Module Layout should fix your issue, and the selected simple button should appear as expected.
