Hi @holmanresearch,

You can try these steps :

1. Set the screen name to joomlart

2. Input all necessary authentication there, go back and check the frontend.

3. If you see tweets from Joomlart, so the authentication info works, try to change your screen name.

4. If you don’t see any tweet, that means your authentication info is wrong.
