    Hello kikiveliki
I tried to published the module and checked front end but there is no error found > http://prntscr.com/9nftlu
Also do not set the error report to max , put it as default , because error report max will show you all php errors and PHP warnings .
I also suggest you to upgrade php version to PHP5.5 that is recommended for Joomla 3.x
Let me know if still error shows on page .

As I look into the page now, If I try tu publish the module (in "extension/modules") JA Twitter module it says that the item is published, but the icon is not a green checkmark, but a red cross. That’s strange…

front page of the web page does not include JA Twitter module. For example, you need to go to page http://elektronikabojanc.si/servis/zabavne-elektronike.html to see the module. But once again, I’ve set module to publish and it is not shown…

    Hi
I found the problem is due to JA Twitter module is unpublished globally from extensions here > http://prntscr.com/9nfzgo this is reason module not goes for publish .
For the Fatal error problem on Twitter module try to update PHP version to PHP5.5 or later
and increase max-execution time to 200 currently its 0 on your server > http://prntscr.com/9ng0oz
Once done try to re publish the JA twitter module and check .
I am not sure about the Consumer key and secrete key of twitter account so please also re check it from your twitter account .
Let me know if it solve the problem

I’ve send an email to my host provider for settings max-execution time=200.
I have changed to PHP 5.5 and now I get this error:

Warning: require_once(/home/bojanc/public_html/modules/mod_jatwitter/TwitterAPIExchange.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/bojanc/public_html/modules/mod_jatwitter/mod_jatwitter.php on line 18
