The JA Twitter Module stopped displaying the Twitter feeds last week on several of our websites. We also noticed it is not working on Joomlart.com as well.

May 13, 2015 at 5:48 pm #570474Hi @cmezan,
Could you please provide your site url and temporary admin account so I can have a look ? In addition, did you update the OAuth information as described in documentation ?

May 13, 2015 at 8:44 pm #570477Thanks for the response Adam. Yes we have used OAuth and 1.1 since early last year. I can PM you the admin information for our site but you could also see that the module is not working on Joomlart.com’s footer. Similar to our sites it shows the Follow button but no feed.

May 14, 2015 at 10:11 am #570541Hi @cmezan,
Regarding our documentation here, there’s an option to display the Follow Me button only.
I’ve just checked the module in demo site too and see that the OAuth settings is not set, that why you don’t see feeds.
1 user says Thank You to Adam M for this useful post
May 18, 2015 at 3:54 pm #570961For anyone who may experience this issue I found the solution. I debugged the module and found that Twitter was returning “Timestamp out of bounds” which is generated when the web server time is incorrect. In my case the server’s time was 90 minutes behind – once corrected the feeds began to display again.
Thanks for your time Adam M.
